In December last year, Pauline and Dimitar ran an internal workshop for the whole Nexudus team.

Based on AirBnB’s 11-Star Experience model, we mapped our customer experience journey in groups.

The workshop helped us see where we could make improvements and really raise the bar.

It was, without doubt, one of the most informative workshops we’ve taken part in, and produced ideas we are collectively seeing through.
