My Benefits Card on the Members Portal

Members can now see their available benefits directly from their Members Portal dashboard, without needing to visit the full My Benefits page. This is especially useful for members who don’t use much of the Members Portal beyond the dashboard.

A new card lists a member’s benefits – money, time, and printing credits – with the soonest-expiring shown first. If a member has more than three benefits, the card shows the top three and links through to the full My Benefits page for the rest. If they don’t have any benefits, this section will be hidden.

Space operators can add or remove the My Benefits card from the Dashboard using the drag-and-drop editor. By default, it is included in the default dashboard outline.

Important to Note: Time-based credits show their remaining minutes on the card. Day passes, which don’t carry a minute allowance, show their expiry date instead.
