We’ve added a couple of new features and enhancements to the latest version of NexDelivery (v 3.0.5).

Overdue charges are displayed when registering a delivery

Just like on the Admin Panel, overdue charges are now displayed when an admin is registering a delivery.

Multi-image scanning with automatic PDF creation for Virtual Office deliveries

As an admin, when processing a VO delivery with a scan handling preference, you can now take one or multiple images at the scan document step.

This feature is only applied to deliveries that have the following delivery handling preferences:

  • Open, scan & store for collection
  • Open, scan & forward
  • Open, scan & recycle
  • Open, scan & shred

When multiple images are taken, the system will combine them into one PDF file.

The app now also allows you to upload a single PDF file from your device when you click Upload Document Scan. Previously, only image files were accepted.

Charges based on the number of scanned pages for Virtual Office deliveries

To reduce the manual effort, the scanning charge will be automatically calculated based on the number of pages in the PDF file. For example, if you scan 2 pages, the quantity will be 2. As an admin, you can manually override this if you’d like to apply a flat fee for scanning.

There have also been some background changes to improve the search experience for users, including adding a tag to suspended customers.
