Making resources bookable on non-contracted days

Improve resource booking and occupancy by making contracted offices available for ad-hoc bookings on non-contracted days. For example, if an office is contracted Monday to Wednesday, members without a contract for that unit can book the same resource as a day office on Thursday and Friday. This is managed through the unit’s package settings in the Admin Panel.

How it works

When a package is linked to a member contract, Nexudus checks which days the unit is contracted and makes the resource bookable on all remaining days of the week. Members not linked to the contract can make bookings on those days as normal.

The availability bar in the booking calendar reflects this:

• Days covered by an active contract: shown as unavailable to other members
• Days not covered by a contract: shown as available for ad-hoc bookings

Note: The availability bar is updated in real time. If a booking is made on a non-contracted day, that slot will no longer appear as available.
