Improvements to the NexIO Calling Functionality

What’s new in NexIO

We’ve made a small but helpful update to calling on the NexIO calling functionality. NexIO now supports two Twilio numbers based on your business location:

• US number (+1) for businesses located in the United States
• UK number (+44) for businesses in all other supported countries

Supported countries

This update is available for businesses in: United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom and Australia.

What’s changed?

1. Location-based calling: The calling options shown in NexIO now depend on your business location –
   • US businesses use the US Twilio number
   • All other supported countries use the UK Twilio number
2. 1-minute call limit: Calls are now limited to 1 minute. During the call, a countdown timer will show the remaining time, and the call will disconnect automatically when the timer ends
