The Microsoft Teams and Nexudus integration enables users to access the Bookings section of your Members Portal directly within Microsoft Teams.

This allows members to view and reserve resources such as meeting rooms and desks without leaving the Teams environment.

Key Features:

  • Direct Bookings Access: Members can access all booking views—card, calendar, floor plan, and map—directly from Microsoft Teams, providing a seamless booking experience.
  • Customizable Home Page: Administrators can define a default home page path or URL, such as calendar view or floor plan view, to tailor the user experience within Teams.

To set up this integration, you’ll need an active Office 365 subscription with access to Microsoft Teams and your Microsoft Tenant ID. The process involves creating a custom app within your Microsoft Teams account and enabling the integration in the Nexudus Admin Panel.
