Why We Redesigned NexKiosk
This wasn’t just a design refresh. Our Product Team spoke with operators, observed how NexKiosk was used in real-world settings, and listened closely to feedback. Some patterns were clear:
- Admins needed more control over sales and reporting
- Members needed a simpler, self-service experience
- Spaces needed to sell more than just snacks—without using separate systems
So, we rebuilt NexKiosk to meet all of those needs—and more.
A Day in the Life: NexKiosk at Work
At 8:30 AM, a member walks in, grabs a juice from the honesty bar, and logs the purchase using NexKiosk. No waiting, no manual tracking.
By mid-morning, a guest arrives for a trial day. Your receptionist uses POS mode to sell them a day pass. They pay on the spot—no Nexudus account needed—thanks to the new Quick Sale feature.
At lunch, a regular buys a sandwich and adds extra printing credits. Everything happens in one place: NexKiosk. No juggling systems. No disconnected reports. Just a smooth, unified sales experience—all linked to your Nexudus platform.
