NexDelivery Got a Glow-up + Features for Virtual Office Management

NexDelivery has a fresh interface and new functions that give you more control when managing deliveries for your members. We’ve also made updates that support managing mail for your virtual office customers.
Instinctive interface
The first thing you’ll notice is the new look. We’ve updated the entire user interface to make it cleaner and more straightforward to navigate. To help you get used to the new layout, a “Show me around” guide will appear the first time you log in, walking you through the main functions of the app.
If you’d like a walk-through, we’ve put together a two-minute video.
Tools for managing virtual office mail
The most practical changes are found in how the app handles deliveries for Virtual Office (VO) members. The process is no longer one-size-fits-all. Instead, the app adapts the workflow based on the delivery handling preference your VO member has chosen on the Members Portal. This means you have a clear, step-by-step process to follow for each specific request, helping stay on top of all your mail forwarding tasks.
Fill forms from a photo
Take a photo of the parcel and NexDelivery will recognise known customers from the label. This means the processing form is pre-populated for you. Really smooth.
Process multiple deliveries at once
To help make your work more efficient, the app now allows you to process deliveries in bulk. You can select multiple items from your delivery list and process them together. This saves you from having to open and handle each delivery record one by one – especially useful when it’s busy.
The updated NexDelivery app is available to download now. Enjoy.
