Nexudus is the leading white-label coworking software. But what is this white-label feature, you ask? And how can it benefit your coworking space?
The white-label feature means that although we provide the tools that automate many of your daily operating processes, your brand’s personality is still in your control. This includes your domain, logo, website’s design and much more! We’ll explore it in detail further down...
As coworking continues to grow, operators need to up their game and differentiate, in order to gain and retain members. There is a rising demand for more flexibility - services and amenities that cater to members’ customized needs, e.g. 24-hour access. Alongside these services, coworkers are still, most importantly, looking for a community of like-minded people. So, in order to put your coworking space onto the map and grow your community you need to have a strong brand presence. Your community and hospitality represent your brand and in order to let others know what your space is all about and build trust, it's important to have a consistent personality and identity.
White-label = Our Software, Your Brand
At Nexudus, we understand that it’s your brand that matters to your community, not ours. So, along with our platform which aims to maximize your productivity and execute processes more efficiently, we also offer you a white-label software. What does this mean for you? It means we let your brand take center stage, so that you can share what your space and community is all about.
Example: Spark Lab'swhite-labelled website showing what their community and coworking space is all about.
Member’s Portal:
Right from the start, your account comes with a members’ portal, and the white-label function means that you can configure most things, via the admin panel. You can make it look and behave the way you want - this includes, adding your own text, images and any other content, as well as your own domain name and logo!
There is also a wide range of functions available on the Nexudus account but you may not need to use them all. That’s why we built the members' portal in modules, meaning that you can activate the sections you want and deactivate those you don't want on the member’s portal. You can also set up different access levels for different sections of the portal.
If you want to make the website truly yours, we give you access to the code behind the members' portal which has been open sourced from day one. This means that it can be completely customized, via the template editor, in order to be in line with your visual identity and provide a consistent experience for your community.
You also have the option to sync the files to your Dropbox account, if your web designer prefers using their own editor. This means that if you change a file, you can sync with the Dropbox account that you’ve configured, and vice versa if you change a dropbox file, it can be updated on your Nexudus account.
Example: Soho Works - Shoredtich white-label members' portal
Communications:
From the admin panel you can customize email templates, canned responses and reminders. This means that you can personalise the messages so that it matches your communication style, and the appropriate reminders can be sent out to your members. We understand that each space and community is different, and therefore, the messages and reminders sent out will be unique. We have included common templates such as ‘Booking Confirmation’ and ‘Tour Confirmation’ to save you time!
Mobile APP:
Passport by Nexudus, the companion mobile app to the platform can also be white-labelled. By default, the app takes on the main colour of the logo that you added to your Nexudus account. You can also opt to manually add any colour that you want via the admin panel. This means, for example, that if you're managing several spaces with your Nexudus account, the app could be a different colour for each space if you want.
However, if you want to customize the app further, Nexudus offers an option to publish the app for you (we really do want to make your life easier). This includes adding items such as your own logo, banner, typography or icons, etc. Your members will be able to use our user-friendly mobile app, whilst still experiencing your brand! We offer this white-label service, for just a small price. To find out more, please contact us.
You can customize our user-friendly Passport by Nexudus app, so that your members have a consistent experience.
API:
This is where it gets even cooler - you can create your own apps and modules that extend the Nexudus platform, using our Nexudus API. This allows you to include more features that your space may require.
So there you have it, Nexudus aims to make your day easier by automating many of your daily tasks but also makes sure your brand is at the forefront. We want to help you find the right people to join your space and community. For more information on the white-label feature, please check out our knowledge base or contact us.

London’s Workspace Design Show is undoubtedly one of the best coworking events of 2025. For one, the exhibition (held at Islington’s Business Design Centre) features a host of innovative and creative workspace design solutions tailored to the needs of modern workplaces.
After more than twelve years in the coworking industry, we’ve seen the movement evolve at an incredible pace, especially in recent years. Spaces have grown larger, making it harder for operators to truly connect with their communities. At the same time, expectations for higher service standards and increasing competition mean that creating tailored experiences and fostering long-term member engagement is more important than ever.
There has always been a need for workplace management – the process of organising and optimising physical spaces, resources, and operations to support people’s needs. But, as 28% of UK working adults were reported to work in a hybrid capacity last autumn (by the Office for National Statistics), the question of ‘why workplace management matters’ is more critical than ever. Let’s look at the workplace management benefits for your operations.
Coworking is synonymous with creativity, collaboration and productivity. Businesses and freelancers love coworking spaces because (by surrounding themselves with fellow workers) they’re more likely to achieve their goals. The coworking environment, while social, is set up to facilitate focused, distraction-free working.
Managing coworking spaces is an all-encompassing role, often leaving operators, owners, and community managers with little time to focus on personal growth or draw inspiration from others.
From automating daily processes to supporting your team in building a thriving community and boosting revenue for your business – coworking technology couldn’t be more impactful for flexible workspace operations. But with so many tools available, selecting the right tech stack for your coworking business can be overwhelming.
Vibrant, contemporary workspaces create an undeniable ‘wow’ factor. Textured designs and ambient lighting make spaces feel warm and cosy, while natural elements and biophilic design features have literal mood-boosting properties.
As the coworking industry continues to grow and evolve, so does the Nexudus platform. We always strive to develop new features and enhance existing ones to make your job easier. When new features are introduced, there is a need to learn how to best leverage them for your space.
Coworking spaces thrive on the “co” – the collaborations, connections, and community – that can be formed within a flexible workspace. In fact, community activation is what transforms shared workspaces from mere buildings into vibrant, thriving hubs that empower people in their professional lives and create meaningful community experiences.
If you've been reading about coworking space design recently, you've probably come across an article or two that mentions narrative design and wondered what exactly it is and how it differs from traditional interior design, as well as how it can be used to improve design.
