As the coworking industry continues to grow and evolve, so does the Nexudus platform. We always strive to develop new features and enhance existing ones to make your job easier. When new features are introduced, there is a need to learn how to best leverage them for your space.
Learning is a crucial part of every role within an organisation. Whether it’s learning a new skill from scratch or enhancing and refreshing a skill you already have, learning empowers you with the necessary knowledge and expertise to excel at your job and contribute to the company’s overall success.
Benefits of Continuous Learning
There are many benefits to spending time training your staff:
At Nexudus, a curiosity to learn and develop is a key value. That’s why the Nexudus Training Team has designed and developed all-new content for our dedicated online training platform, the Nexudus Academy. The Nexudus Academy is perfect for training your new starters on all things Nexudus or for those wishing to strengthen their Nexudus knowledge. When you’re fully trained to use the Nexudus platform, you can maximise your productivity and enhance your members’ experience.
e-Learning courses and Learning Pathways 🎓
The Nexudus Academy offers a wide range of learning pathways and self-paced e-Learning courses. There are over 50 courses to choose from, each created by our software training specialists to help you learn the ins and outs of the platform. Each course and learning pathway will help you implement what you’ve learnt in your own Nexudus account.
There are a variety of courses, ensuring there is something for everyone, from beginners to experts. Below are some examples:
Our learning pathways are thoughtfully designed around common user journeys, ensuring you receive relevant, practical knowledge. For example, the Member Onboarding and Management learning pathway covers everything from handling customers and teams to managing bookings, visitors, and access to your space. You’ll learn to create and manage proposals and contracts, making member management more efficient and professional.
The Nexudus Academy evolves alongside any new features and platform updates to ensure you never fall behind on the latest functionalities.
Subscribing to the Academy ✍️
The Nexudus Academy is now live! Account owners or full unrestricted admin users can quickly enrol their space in the Nexudus Academy via the Admin Panel. Once subscribed, all admins in your space will have individual accounts to access and complete the courses and track their learning progress. They can enrol themselves in learning pathways or individual courses that suit their role.
All courses are self-paced, allowing you the flexibility to go at your own pace. However, we understand that it can be challenging to set aside large amounts of time in your busy day to focus on training, so our courses take between 15-50 minutes to complete. The longer courses have been designed with bite-sized lessons, making it simple and convenient for you to absorb the knowledge step by step. There’s no pressure to finish a course in one go, as you can simply pick up right where you left off.
To make your learning experience interactive, the courses wrap up with a Knowledge Check or Challenge! Whether it’s answering quick questions, completing tasks, or acing a quiz, you'll reinforce what you’ve learned while boosting your confidence. You’ll be able to immediately apply the new skills and make improvements to your coworking space without worrying about trial-and-error consequences.

Sustainability is becoming more and more important for coworking spaces. If you're thinking of making your space more sustainable, it's good to remember that there are lots of ways to go about it. From small details to bigger changes, everything adds up when it comes to reducing your environmental impact.
Meeting rooms are at the heart of collaboration in coworking spaces. Whether it's a brainstorming session, a client meeting, or a team catch-up, having a simple and efficient way to book and manage meeting rooms makes all the difference. But let’s be honest—there’s always room to improve the experience for your members.
The popularity of remote and hybrid working has prompted many organisations to rethink the way they utilise office space. Many have swapped their large, static HQs for more flexible satellite solutions that can accommodate a disparate workforce.
Some people like working against a background of noise, while for others it’s their worst work nightmare. The truth is, our relationship with noise depends on our own preferences and the nature of our work.
Now that 2025 has arrived, the European Union's VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA) initiative is becoming a key topic for coworking spaces operating in the EU. But don’t panic—ViDA will be introduced gradually, with key changes taking effect from 2028. This major VAT reform aims to modernize tax reporting, combat fraud, and streamline compliance through mandatory e-invoicing and real-time digital VAT reporting for certain transactions.
After more than twelve years in the coworking industry, we’ve seen the movement evolve at an incredible pace, especially in recent years. Spaces have grown larger, making it harder for operators to truly connect with their communities. At the same time, expectations for higher service standards and increasing competition mean that creating tailored experiences and fostering long-term member engagement is more important than ever.
There has always been a need for workplace management – the process of organising and optimising physical spaces, resources, and operations to support people’s needs. But, as 28% of UK working adults were reported to work in a hybrid capacity last autumn (by the Office for National Statistics), the question of ‘why workplace management matters’ is more critical than ever. Let’s look at the workplace management benefits for your operations.
From automating daily processes to supporting your team in building a thriving community and boosting revenue for your business – coworking technology couldn’t be more impactful for flexible workspace operations. But with so many tools available, selecting the right tech stack for your coworking business can be overwhelming.
Vibrant, contemporary workspaces create an undeniable ‘wow’ factor. Textured designs and ambient lighting make spaces feel warm and cosy, while natural elements and biophilic design features have literal mood-boosting properties.
Coworking spaces thrive on the “co” – the collaborations, connections, and community – that can be formed within a flexible workspace. In fact, community activation is what transforms shared workspaces from mere buildings into vibrant, thriving hubs that empower people in their professional lives and create meaningful community experiences.
