Registering visitors couldn’t be easier
Nexudus gives your users multiple easy ways to register guests to your space, giving them the option to select the method that works best for them.
One option is to register visitors through your office’s Members’ Portal, the hub for everything happening in your office. As the primary hub for users to interact within your office, this is an easy to find method.
Alternatively, users can register their guests from the Passport By Nexudus app, allowing them to add guests wherever they are, as long as they have a smartphone or tablet with them. As you can see, this really puts control in the hands of your members.
Simplifies visitor check-in
Through the NexIO app, which is included in your Nexudus subscription, visitor check-in is quick and easy.
When visitors enter your office, they can sign-in by simply entering a unique 5-digit PIN, which will have been sent to them via email, on the tablet running NexIO. Or simply scan the OR code for entirely contactless access.
Not only is this a quick and easy solution, but it also reduces touch points in your space and minimises contact between visitors and your staff, making the whole experience safer and more hygienic for everyone.
Automated notification for visitors and hosts
Nexudus ensures communication between visitors and their hosts is as simple and manageable as possible. As soon as a visitor checks into your office, an email will automatically be sent to their host notifying them of their guest’s arrival.
Not only will this email let them know the visitor’s details, but it will also include the specific location where the visitor checked in, which can be really helpful if your office has multiple entry points.
Hosts can also reply directly to the email notifying them of the visitor’s arrival, and this reply will be redirected to the visitor’s email address, allowing for seamless communication between the two.
Automatically Print Visitor Labels
Ensuring your office is safe and secure is of vital importance, and as such keeping track of the visitors in your office plays a key part in this. Making sure you can determine who are visitors and who aren’t is important, and can help ensure people can be identified quickly.
Once a visitor checks in, NexIO will automatically search for a Bluetooth Star Printer and will print a label if one has been set up. The printed label displays the visitor's name, their company, their arrival time, and the name of the member they are visiting.
