By presenting their Passport app to a tablet running NexIO, members can check-in and check-out safely, allowing you to effortlessly stay on top of occupancy levels. Members can also open doors throughout the space by tapping their phones with the Passport app open against locks, due to our integrations with Salto and Brivo.
See Plans and Products
Users can view their existing plans and products available in their account, and are able to sign up for new plans and purchase additional products.
Update Personal Details
Members can make changes to their personal details to ensure that everything is up to date, and that they are as discoverable as possible. From this section, members can also change their notification settings and payment details.
In-App Room Booking
Scheduling meeting room time is made even easier by doing so in the Passport app. Choose a time frame, and simply select your chosen room on your current site, or from across the entire network. Members can book in-person also, by hovering their Passport over a tablet running Nexboard, outside the meeting room.
